Discount for 3rd person in double room:
2 - 12 years 50%
12 - 99 years 30%

Baby cradle: € 10 per day
Buoy: € 15 per day

Notes:

• All rooms with shower/WC, directdial telephon, TV SAT, air conditioning (01.06 - 30-09), safe, minibar and balcony.
• The hotel have outdoor swimming pool, guarded car park and garage (250mt).
• Prices for bed and breakfast per day and person in double room, minimum stay 3 nights
• The booked rooms are held until 18:00 o'clock of the arrival day.
• Departure: before 11:00 (11 am)
• Rooms available from 13:00 (1 pm)
• Reception is opened 24/7

Failure to arrive and cancellation (Booking cancellation)

Cancelling an already confirmed booking gives the hotel operator the right to demand the following penalties, unless the parties make different agreements:

• 1. for hotels located in the territory corresponding to the APT n. 12, no penalty up to 30 days before arrival, except for the retention of any deposit already paid.
• 2.
  • 25% when cancellation is communicated up to 4 days before arrival with a minimum amount corresponding to 1 day;
  • 50% when cancellation is communicated less than 4 days before arrival, with a minimum amount corresponding to 1 day.

The same penalty will be applied also in the case of no-show, excepti in this last hypothesis, the indemnity of documented greater damage.

Any deposit already paid constitutes partial or total payment of the said penalty.
